COLUMBUS, Ohio—Democrat Amy Acton’s odds of winning this year’s Ohio governor’s race have shot to record highs in prediction markets amid a bipartisan uproar over GOP rival Vivek Ramaswamy’s attack ad featuring Acton’s estranged mother.
