Former Hawaiʻi chief justice wins top national honor

Former Hawaiʻi Supreme Court Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald will receive the National Judicial College's Sandra Day O'Connor Award on November 12 in recognition of his lifelong dedication to improving access to the courts and civic education.
